The Diary of Dr Natura Colonix Reviews Experience Part One
A personal journal colonix review of Dr Natura cleanse experience

Okay, so I have heard several good things about colon cleanse and how it's great for your health. There has been some other stuff, too about how it's one of the best ways to lose weight. I think I read somewhere that sometimes, undigested food could be the reason why you can't seem to get off those extra pounds even if you go on a diet. I thought about how I was eating the past year and realized that I have indulged way too much on treats. I'm sure you know what I mean: a huge bag of chips or candy eaten at the end of a really bad day. And there have been times, too that I indulged myself just because I wanted to only to find myself overdoing it.
Colon
, I am sorry. If what they say on health blogs and colon cleanse sites are true, then I have been abusing you. On most colon cleansing-related sites, they say that what you have taken care of your colon. An unhealthy one could manifest itself in such ways as constipation, irregular bowel movement, bad skin and breathe to name a few. The past few months, I've been a victim of constipation. Let me tell you: not being able to go for days is frustrating. A recent pool party, just when I was constipated, was a bit embarrassing. I know I looked bloated and it knocked off major confidence points which barred me from having a really great time.
I decided, then, to try using Dr. Natura's Colonix partly to see what the fuss was about and to help me to lose some weight. Hey, I'm tired of starving myself and avoiding carbs is very difficult. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of girl, so staying away from carbs and fatty food is already a challenge. Before buying the stuff, I read some reviews of the product first. This is my body, after all, and I want to know about the thing I'm about to take and what to expect when I take it.
Generally, the reviews on Dr. Natura's Colonix were good. A lot of people have found the colon cleanse product effective and they have felt better after using it and going on a diet. I'm not really a jump-the-bandwagon kind of person, but after reading several testimonials and browsing through colon cleaning blogs, I decided to finally give it a try.
The Junk in My Trunk
What got me most about colon cleansing is the fact that I may have toxins that are years old. The thought of having undigested matter still stuck in my intestines is a scary one. It does kind of make sense. If you don't throw out the garbage, it starts to rot and stink. This image transferred on my intestines and my colon was enough to make me queasy. From my research, I learned that your colon could store undigested particles, impacted faeces, or even parasites. All three combined obviously would make you very sick.
I think you have to prepare yourself for the worst. Doing a colon cleanse is quite an experience. There's the fact that stuff that come out of you may look like extras in a horror movie. There's also the fact that you may feel exhausted from putting out so much. With this in mind, I told myself that getting healthy far outweighs all the fears I may have.
Taking the Step
So I ordered Dr Natura's Colonix. I got packs that ought to last me three months and hoped for the best. A lot of colon cleanse fans, first-timers, and regulars have said Dr. Natura was among the top colon cleansers and I thought that general consensus only pointed to the fact that the product was one of the best.
The Dr. Natura kit has three programs: intestinal cleansing, Paranil the parasite cleanser, and KleriTea for healthy bowel movement. All three are aimed towards making you expel harmful substances from your body and at the same time, regulate bowel movement. I was especially taken by the parasite remover, as I am a bit paranoid of what creatures might be living in me. I didn't really want to know what they were but what I did want to know was that I did not want them there.
The First Taste
Within the first week, my constipation has eased up a bit. I do admit to thinking that I would feel the effects after a couple of hours but as I have read, colon cleanse products are not laxatives so they don't work the same way. The first week, I had to go to the bathroom 2-3 times in a day and felt minor stomach cramps. What I liked during this time was that my bowel movement was more regular and less strained. Finally! I don't feel bloated which increases confidence points.
Where Did That Come From
I saw some pictures of things that come out of people during the first week of colon cleansing and honestly thought that it was not true. Imagine my surprise when in Day 6, I put out something that sort of resembled a swamp monster. There was a general discomfort for most part of the day as my stomach felt cramped and a bit bloated. I went to the bathroom and I was shocked! How did that thing come out of me?! How long has that been in there? Browsing through the web, I found out that what I put in the toilet was mucoid plaque. At this point, I became a believer. If Colonix could expel this gunk from me, I'm pretty sure I'm on my way to becoming healthier. Two more days and more mucoid plaque came out of me. If this was a way of paying for the bad diet choices I made, I was a happy repentant.
Dr. Natura Colonix Reviews Diary Part Two
A few weeks in the colon cleaning process and I've already saw and experienced benefits I've only read before. Now, I removed mucoid plaque (the scary stuff that sort of resembles seaweed or a slimy monster) from my bowels and I'm just waiting for other stuff to follow.
Initially, I had a lot of fears and questions before I decided to go on with a colon cleanse. There was a nagging voice that asked me if this was necessary and if there was another way. I decided to go with it as I have read several reviews and testimonials about colon cleansing, Dr. Natura, and the general benefits of a colon cleanse. As someone who has had a lot of problem with bowel movement and some problem losing weight, I decided that I did not have a lot to lose; except for a few pounds.
Going on a colon cleanse is like waiting for strange gifts; gifts from you to you. Going to the toilet, you will never know what to expect. One day your poops look a bit normal, if not discoloured, and then the next day it looks like it's alive and would crawl out the toilet. After almost a week, I was done removing long, rubbery stuff from my colon. I was only waiting for the parasite remover to kick in and this I knew was not going to be pretty.
Unwanted Guests
What convinced me to do a colon cleanse was the fact that it would also eliminate parasites from my system in the process. I've always shuddered at the thought of having creatures live inside of me and actually live off me. A lot of health articles, blogs, and stories about parasites let me know that those things not only affect your health but could actually kill you.
These critters are guests I want out, fast. Dr. Natura, I hoped, would be a big help in this endeavour. Hey, if the product made me move monster-like mucoid plaque, I'm sure it'll be able to get rid of small creatures living in me.
It Moved Me
The next few weeks, my bowel movement became very regular and my bowel looked, uh...normal. I mean, the swamp monsters stopped coming out of me, so I took it as a sign that most of the bad stuff up there was gone. The next few days, it felt like I was made up of nothing but parasites. For a couple of days, little critters have come out of me which felt scary and good at the same time. There were a few times, too that I felt something moving inside my muscle. Let me tell you, the feeling is disgusting and scary. For most part, this movement was concentrated in the lower area of my body. Sometimes, muscles on my thighs had a funny, tingly and itchy sensation and I would actually see something squirming. Sometimes, my butt would itch like crazy! I knew these were parasites moving around and it disgusted and alarmed me. What consoled me was that these creatures were moving out and that thought calmed me down a bit. I counted down the days until I had all of these creatures out of me. This was honestly one of the parts of colon cleansing that I didn't like; I'd rather see them inside the toilet and not feel them moving around.
And The Weeks That Followed
Thank God that the parasite removal lasted for a few days and totally stopped! That phase freaked me out a bit. Now, in the final phases, all I have to concentrate on is movement of my bowel and general cleansing. The past month, I noticed that I hardly felt bloated and that I actually feel lighter.
I know it was jumping the gun a bit but I was curious if this whole process had an effect on my weight, just even a bit. I thought I should check and promised not to be disappointed if I found out that nothing changed. It is a bit premature for weight results to show, actually. When I stepped on the scale, I let out a little cry of delight. I lost five pounds! In a month, I was able to lose weight that would have taken two months to remove. This stuff was good. I did a quick mental calculation to see how much weight I'd lose in three months as I got a pack that would last that long.
I was happy to calculate that after I get done with this, I would lose at least 20 pounds and that is a lot. True, I did suffer a bit and got freaked out by the stuff that came out of me but 20 pounds in three months?! This is awesome!
Happy Surprises
I was thinking that Dr. Natura's colon cleanse program would stop at and just focus on digestive and weight problems. I was wrong. Towards the last few weeks of the colon cleanse program, I noticed I didn't break out as much and my breath in the morning did not smell as bad. Oh, this stuff was good. I wasn't expecting other surprises and was already quite happy with the results I saw the last two months.
This might sound like an echo of others, but if you have digestion, bowel, or skin problems, I think you ought to try colon cleansing. I was hesitant at first but I became a believer. I experienced every benefit that the product offered and more. True, I wasn't really warned that a lot of strange stuff would come out of me in the process but it's actually a good trade off; I'm more than happy to get those things out of me anyway.
I
think I'd have regular colon cleansing. From this experience, I learned
that health comes first and initial discomfort you experience at the
start of the process is a small price to pay. Years of eating wrongly
and not minding what put in me made me realize that I have to take care
of myself. Colon
As they say, health is wealth and after the colon cleanse program, I realized I was poorly maintained. Take it from me, if you want a change in your lifestyle, health, and eating habits, do a comprehensive colon cleanse as I had with Dr Natura. I promise you that it'll change your life in a good way.
