You don't just go in for a colonoscopy. You need to prepare for it, like any other kind of test or exam you had in school. A colon cleansing diet before a colonoscopy serves as a preparation for the invasive exam. Since you want the doctors to find whatever it is that lurks in the recesses of your colon, you should clean it out before doctors inspect it.
Three to four days before your scheduled colonoscopy, you should make some changes in your diet. One thing you should do is to limit your food to lighter meals instead of big heavy ones. Go for light meat instead of steaks. It would be better if you ate chicken breast or boiled fish along with light clear soup.
Within the next two days, remove solid food from your diet. On the day of your exam, have light breakfast. Egg white on toast should suffice. The rest of the day, you should not eat anymore and just drink nothing but clear fluids.
That yellow patterned sweater you found is adorable, as is Longoria's top. I would love it -- but how do I pick my colors? Has anyone found the perfect tool?
