It's never too late to start on a New Year's detox diet. Here's a new batch of healthy weight loss and detox diets for after-holiday gains. The Chinese know a lot about detoxing, especially since this practice has been with their culture for hundreds of years already.
These detox diet and weight loss tips are one of the best I have read: they are easy to follow and are clearly explained. The tips are even arranged in chronological order as you are given a guide on how to handle overindulgent holiday meals one hour after, a day after, and so on.
If you have been taken by the advice from the previous article, you may also want to check out the author's online shop. Dr. Mao's e-shop has almost everything you would need if you are after a Chinese kind of detoxification and cleanse.
I enjoyed reading this post. Thanks for a wonderful job!

*People are always telling you what to do, but what's right for them may not be right for you.

Yes, whole oatmeal with fruit IS a healthy breakfast. The same is whole grain or bran flakes.
And taking a 20 min break before meals - it's a very good advice. After this time your body can realize that the stomach is full and prevent overeating.

That yellow patterned sweater you found is adorable, as is Longoria's top. I would love it -- but how do I pick my colors? Has anyone found the perfect tool?
