One
of the most irritating things in life perhaps is a bloated stomach.
Not only is it uncomfortable, it also affects your daily life. Think
of it: would you be as confident attending a party or a meeting with
a really bloated stomach? Throughout your party or meeting, you might
constantly wonder if there's a bomb in your stomach that would go off
any second. Having this constant worry and not to mention the state
of discomfort, you see why something really has to be done with this
situation.
One way to get rid of stomach bloating is colon cleansing. By getting the help of an all-natural or herbal colon cleanse supplement, you are already getting agents that would help get rid of the reason for your bloatedness. It could be a gas pocket in your stoimach caused by food and even the process of digestion.
Commonly, stomach bloating is solved by colon cleansing because a food or a particle is lodged along one's intestinal tract and disrupts the regular process of digestion. Hiccups like this in the system causes the formation of air pockets which causes gas and bloating. Colon cleansing kits target these areas and get rid of any blockages along one's digestive tract and flushes the blocks out of one's system. Indeed, you can't find a better way to treat bloating.
Yeah, I've done colon cleansing before. Actually did it with colonics and that really did a cleansing job. Totally flat stomach and felt great.

For me, it was during the summer and my stomach was very bloated for days. I knew i was going to be spending a lot of time in a bathing suit and didn't want to have a huge stomach or have someone ask me if I was pregnant. I'm not "regular" when it comes to going to the bathroom so I figured a colon cleanse would be a good place to start. If I lost weight along the way, that's just an added bonus.
I started taking the Dr. Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse. The bottle says to drink 8oz of water with the pills but I always tried to drink more. I also made sure i didn't take them on an empty stomach. That being said, my experience so far has not been that bad.
The first 2 days I went to the bathroom at least 1x a day. On the 3rd day, it was the toughest. My stomach was cramping a lot and I was very gassy. I didn't stop taking the pills because I figured they were working. After all, i want to remove stuff from my body.
I don't know if what I did was right, but I followed the directions on the bottle, stuck with my same diet which isn't so healthy and didn't exercise.
My stomach isn't bloated anymore (knock on wood) and I see a difference in my thighs as well (which was a pleasant surprise). It feels a lot better than a laxitive because there are no sudden runs to the bathroom. It appears to be safe and natural. I am drinking more water than I use to and honestly have more energy.
HOpe my review helps you decide whether or not youre going to try this product. Once again, as I mentioned, I"m sure everyone's experience will be different and it's important to listen to the reviews that relate to your experience. Good luck.

We spent some time hanging out with the New York StyleSite girls, Shannon and Amanda, who were also style spotting at the festival. It was interesting to hear that before they even got to the festival they'd been doing some serious Coachella prep by checking out what was in the shops in LA - as they were gearing up for the festival too."
