There
are a lot of things that could lead to disease and illness. While
symptoms tell you something is wrong with your body, you may miss the
small indicators of disease. One example could be the regularity of
your bowel movement or the quality of your skin and hair. These
seemingly inconsequential things actually indicate that your system
is filled with toxins and free radicals that you get from bad eating
habits and a bad lifestyle.
One way to get rid of these toxins and free radicals is to have a toxin flush diet where you will cleanse your internal organs and strip them of any bad stuf that may be lodged in your organs. The thing with internal organs is that they are the most susceptible to damage and toxins since they are the ones that filter out the bad stuff in the first place.
A toxin flush diet is really easy to do if you have the discipline. You could start on a diet that concentrates on food and items that help you fluish toxins out of your body. The easiest way to do this is to start drinking a lot of water. Staying hydrated makes the toxins less likely to stick to your system and more loose so it's easier to get rid of. Lemons, limes, oranges and other citrus fruits are also effecting detoxification agents since they help strip off toxins, bad bacteria, and even impacted feces from your intestinal walls.
Another thing you could do is to eat more vegetables and fruits since they are rich in fiber. With these kinds of natural food, you don't absorb additives or preservatives. These natural or raw foods are also a lot easier to digest and excrete, unlike synthetic or junk food.
Great post. What do you think about supplements that help the body flush these things out? And how do keep regular bowel movements? For some reason mine always seem so come when I'm running late for something.

We spent some time hanging out with the New York StyleSite girls, Shannon and Amanda, who were also style spotting at the festival. It was interesting to hear that before they even got to the festival they'd been doing some serious Coachella prep by checking out what was in the shops in LA - as they were gearing up for the festival too."
