Never has a treatment been more controversial. While there are thousands of people who swear by colon cleansing as one of the best things they did for health, there are a handful of people who say that it's just a hoax. So begs the wuestion: is colon cleansing a fact or a myth?
Here's the truth: a person's lifestyle and diet have a huge impact on his or her health. Choices you made on what to have for lunch or whether you start smoking improve or damage your health. Bad choices, of course, come with consequences. In choosing an excessive lifestyle without regard for health means early signs and symptoms of disease. Most easily affected is the digestive system. There are a lot of doctors who would recommend medicine for such ailments, but there are also those who would suggest eating a certain kind of food or taking something to help ease the discomfort so why is it such a bad thing to have a colon cleanse?
It has been proven that fiber, water, and fresh fruits and vegetables help at easing constipation and other digestive disorders. With this in mind, why not kick it up a notch and have a colon cleanse to thoroughly remove toxins and bacteria from the digestive tract?
For most part, colon cleansing does more bad than good. Most people who have tried cleansing (whether by diet or by using a product) swear by it: colon cleansing has helped them recover from digestive troubles and relieve them of the problems they suffered from having a lot of toxins in the body.
