Colon Health Constipation Cleanser Review I had been having trouble with constipation for almost a year when I decided to try Colon Health . I had gone to the doctor and I had tried all kinds of stool softeners but nothing really worked for me. Colon Health claims to cleanse the colon of accumulated toxin buildup through a natural fiber supplement. I tried Colon Health for weeks and had absolutely no results. In fact, my constipation actually seemed to get a little bit worse. I had seen a lot of reviews that said Colon Health does exactly what it says it will, so I thought that it would be worth a shot. Also, there is a component of the process called KleriTea. This tea claims to kick start bowel movements in the morning and keep you regular during the day. The tea did nothing but taste disgusting and force me to have to urinate badly within one hour. The Colon Health Intestinal Cleanser also tasted disgusting. Sometimes it tasted so gross that it was hard to get down. Overall, I used the product for about 5 weeks and it was not worth it at all. It caused me more trouble than any kind of help. I ended up going to the doctor and he actually recommended that I discontinue use of the product. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

There are a lot of colon cleansing products on the market. I, being new to the world of colon cleansing wondered about the whole thing. After all, my colon is on the inside of my body so I can’t see it. How do I know if it needs to be cleansed or not? I had heard statistics such as the one that most people have up to 20 pounds of impacted fecal material in their colon, and wondered if that could be true. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in a few months after all. My dress was only a bit tight, but it would fit a whole lot better with 20 pounds removed from my colon. So, the next step was to choose a product. I went to a local health food store and searched online and saw one called blessed herbs colon cleansing kit. It was not near the cheapest end at $89  bucks although they have the gold colon cleanse kit at $275, so I decided to give the cheaper one of the two a try.

 Well, I definitely spent more time in the bathroom than I was used to for the next few days. In addition to messing up my social life, I lost no weight at all, so maybe the 20 pounds of waste is still trapped in my colon. I was also disappointed that I didn’t cleanse my colon of anything resembling a huge rope, examples of which can be seen on the blessed herbs website. I also didn’t feel euphoric or full of energy after completing the program, so am not planning to use a product like this again.

I usually drink about a half gallon of water during the work day, so that was a lot of water. But I got it down. The second day, I fasted, except for the 'purifying enzyme drink' and pure water. The purifying enzyme drink tasted like cherry drink mix and vinegar. Still, I wasn't having any trouble with my colon, so far. But now, on the third day it was time for the final treatment. I will remember this to my dying day. I mixed a chalky powder into the water and made a thick liquid that barely poured. It made a quart. I was to drink it as quickly as possible, within half an hour at the most. It tasted like egg white mixed with artificial sweetener. That was certainly the most gag-worthy part of the whole process. But I choked it down. Then I had to wait. I lay on my stomach for an hour, then fliped over and lay on my back for an other hour. Finally, I administered the enema. You people do not know what I go through for you. It was thick and pearl white. If it hadn't been about to be pushed into me, I would have thought it pretty. It wasn't as thick as the stuff I drank, but it was close. It took another hour for the slime to drip slowly into me. By then I was feeling bloated and gassy. I don't know what was in those liquids, but when they met, gas was produced! First I belched. I did not burp, this was a full-throated, nasty-tasting, room clearing belch.
