Over the past couple of years, I have heard a lot of good things about colon cleansing diets and products. A friend told me that most people have 10-15 pounds of fecal buildup in their colons, and that the buildup is filled with toxins. So I decided to try a colon cleansing product calling detox 7 internal cleansing in order to lose a few quick pounds and maybe feel a little healthier in the process.

I decided to go with detox 7, I thought the name said it all. ok not really, not sure that you can cleanse your colon in 7 detox days. I followed the directions and mixed two drinking glasses with the powder twice a day and waited for results. The “orange” taste was sugary and awful and the mixture was so thick and grainy that I almost choked every time I drank a glass of it. Instead of increasing regularity, I became constipated for several days before finally being impacted with violent diarrhea and nausea. Not only did I lose no weight and felt no better, I became bloated, uncomfortable, and actually felt sick for several days. I ended up feeling miserable and missing a day of work because of Detox 7 Colon Cleanse. I would definitely not recommend detox 7 product to other consumers. Colon Cleansing may be beneficial, but this product was not right for me.

This is maybe not the worst product I have ever used cleansesmart, but it's pretty bad. I picked up cleanse smart colon cleanse because I have been having some... problems. The packaging said it would reduce internal waste and alleviate distressing gas pains. It did not say that it would do so within mere minutes. I paid for the package and, since I was on my way home, opened it and took the contents when I got to my car. I didn't make it two blocks before things went horribly awry. I'll spare you the details, but suffice to say I received two speeding tickets and will need new upholstery on the driver's side seat of my car! ok kidding.

But have I mentioned the taste of cleanse smart? Imagine dirty, used coffe grounds. With cigarette ashes and chalk for good measure. I have never tasted anything more putrid in all my days. I was offended at the mere smell, but the taste was what made me an enemy for life! To top it all off, within 24 hours I was once again feeling bloated and suffering blockage. I wouldn't recommend this product even if they paid me! Save your money and just eat lots and lots of fiber. Or find a product that doesn't ruin your car's interior. ha ha
