I have suffered from IBS for many years. With various products out there for colon cleaning, I had decided to try out the Oxy Powder colon clenase product. After some research on the internet I really felt I would have a positive reaction.

But after use, all their promises were lies. I had constant cramps, non stop diarrhea, and most importantly, I was afraid to go out in public since I could not go 10 minutes without using the bathroom. Instead of feeling energized, I felt drained and tired. My stomach had actually bloated, and I looked swolen, and overweight. I will say though, my body odor and bad breath had decreased, and my nagging sore back was relieved from the product. Overally, the side effects greatly outweighed the benefits. For anyone out there looking for the quick fix product, try a more herbal approach. Fruits and vegetables!

For example Dual Action Cleanse has numerous complaints from customers, including myself. There are also complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau against the company. Here again, this includes my complaint. Complaints include painful side effects from the product to the sales practices of the company. The most common side effect reported by customers is severe lower back and abdominal pain. Which after taking, I also experienced. A rash that appears like eczema is also common. Yes, I too suffered from this. It isn’t attractive.

Few have also reported blood in the stool and semen. Well, this didn’t happen to me. Some consumers have tried to use the product as an aide to lose weight (me), however many have found that instead of loosing weight, they gained it (me again). Some of these also reported that they gained cellulite on their thighs (again, me). This product is clearly harmful for your health. There have been numerous complaints filed on this company for its sales and customer services practices. Many have reported multiple charges on their credit cards.

Consumers have failed to get their money back from the 30-day trail and the company continues to charge their credit card. Do a lot of research before purchasing this product. This didn’t happen to me. I ordered mine through a natural health store. I know those infomercials make it seem so inviting. They appeal to our weaknesses and interest. They make great promises and it seems so real. They even have a doctor that says so. Surely a doctor wouldn’t lie, right? Truth is that it never hurts to be a skeptic. They are out to make and take money. Don’t rush into buying any product. Do a little research before you buy. I wish I would have!

Greetings & Salutations! There are many reasons why cleansing the colon is important. The world today is not the world of yesterday. While I despise FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) there are realities. Some of the things that we eat today aren’t quite nearly as healthy and natural as society used to. The colon is part of your large intestine. It’s a vital component of your body. Without it, you’re just not going to be alive short of hooked up to some mechanical device and nobody you nor I want to be in a situation like that. The colon is part of you that filters nutrients and essentially, replenishes your life. The nutrients are then carried throughout your blood stream to every part of your body.

The colon is the storage system of the byproduct waste that is formed while straining out all of the valuable nutrients. And then … well, you wake up in the morning and live a normal life like everybody else in your neighborhood. That’s the ideal scenario, isn’t it? But its work and function for you normally goes unnoticed, taken for granted compared to your eyes and ears. Unnoticed that is, until you get aches and pains, and you visit the doctor wondering what’s going on. When the doctor can’t put a finger on what’s going on, you end up walking out the door with some random prescribed drug that hopefully helps soothe your irritation. Then you find out that the prescribed antidote makes your toes glow, and your ears start to flap whenever you walk or run! Perhaps you don’t even visit your doctor and simply live with it, and deal with it, sometimes even to the point of becoming used to it. (… I wouldn’t do that … *cough*, right?) The colon has a huge task to do. And it’s exceptionally important. And when things aren’t going well for your colon, things aren’t going well for you. When it isn’t up to snuff, lots of problems can be the result. Things you probably didn’t even know could result.

For example; colon cancer, general constipation, hemorrhoids, colitis which is a gastrointestinal disease, bowel toxemia, expansion of the colon resulting in inflammation, even problems like bad breath, spider veins, and oddly enough acne too. And other things, which I really don’t enjoy writing about. Not that I really get into writing about spider veins or bowel toxemia or anything! A final note about how truly important your colon is if you haven’t figured that out yet. A good valid analogy would be that it is a component of your car, truck, van, airplane, whatever. It’s your alternator, transmission, oil pump for your engine, radiator, and so on. Remove one of them and you aren’t going anywhere. It’s important to have such things maintenanced every now and then.

Almighty Cleanse Well I’m not one who generally experiences bathroom issues, usually its my husband. I’m always joking him about the amount of time he takes in the bathroom, well looks like karma bit me in the behind because about 2 months ago I started experiencing issues of my own. It all started with heartburn and then these awful stomach cramps and bloating, in all seriousness, I thought I was pregnant! After wasting tons of money on pregnancy tests I found out that I was NOT pregnant, and began searching and typing in my constipation symptoms. One of the first pages that popped up was a website on Almighty Cleanse… Boy was I excited!

I started reading and at this point the product sounded really good and I was ready to try a product that promise, GREAT results if you know what I mean. I started out purchasing a 30 day supply, and figured if it worked I’d purchase more and if not well I could get my money back because they swear the product works. Well it was too good to be true!! The product that promises to leave you with regulated bowel movements and a cleansed intestinal tract was a crock. I swear Almighty Cleanse is a placebo in a bottle. I did everything exactly as instructed and I was left with worse heartburn than I started with. Not to mention I was out $60.00 because their money back guarantee was a crock too.

So I was left hanging with a bottle of crap (no pun intended) and out $60.00 and every time I called the customer service number I was connected with a man or woman that lived in another country; and would you believe this, I was disconnected. I would absolutely not recommend Almighty Cleanse to anyone, it’s a waste of time, money, and if anything you end up more blocked up than you started.

No one likes the feeling of being constipated, and products come along that promise to fix the problem and make you feel better than you can ever imagine, of course you want it all to be true. I certainly do. The problem is that is often isn't true.

One product that has received a lot of attention is Almighty Cleanse, which is a seven-day herbal remedy. Now, what I'm about to tell you is a little graphic, but you need to know what you're getting into here. It is a two step process. First, you take these capsules that have things like aloe and senna in them, and these are supposed to "gently" encourage bowel movements.

Then after that starts to work, you take a second kind of capsule that they say will "scrub out" your intestines.

The first thing to know is that senna is a common ingredient in lots of laxatives. It may be herbal, but that doesn't mean that it isn't in half of the stuff on your drugstore shelf. So, nothing special. Also, it is NOT gentle for everyone. Cramping is common, sometimes serious cramping that gives you the cold sweats.

Second, your intestines are lined with a delicate mucous membrane. You do not want to scrub them! This is the same kind of membrane as in your nose.

Would you stick a scrubber up your nose when you have a cold? That is not going to make it feel any better, and you might actually hurt yourself. So, either this stuff scrubs, and that's not such a hot idea, or it doesn't really do anything, which is good news for your intestinal membranes, but not for your wallet.
