GNC colon cleansing product review

GNC colon cleansing product review from someone that actually shelled out $60 bucks on a generic GNC colon cleanser.

My husband and I went to GNC to pick up a colon cleansing product after seeing a special on TV. We were warned not to get the two day formula but to get the two week one which would be easier on the system. WOW was this a wake up call. The first day after taking the medication, I had cramps so badly, my husband had to help me get out of the bathroom and had to hold me up from falling into the floor while on the toilet. After all of that pain and misery, it did not help me one bit.

He was in the bathroom the entire time but said it did not help him either, it just made his bowels move more than normal. I would think hard and long before trying one of these products. They are expensive and usually do not work at all. We had to take several pills twice a day, drink awful fiber powder which they said mix with water. DO NOT mix with water unless you would like to see it once more on the way back up. Please mix it with apple juice or some other type of juice. Take my word for it, after I spent $60.00 - it was wasted.

Ah! J'ai eu l'intention d'essayer cette recette! Bien à vous l'air si bon. Je reçois le lait de vache le vendredi à la Greenmarket Union Square, et je pense que je vais utiliser quand il est enfin temps pour moi de faire ricotta. Je pourrais jurer que l'un des fournisseurs Greenmarket vend du lait de brebis (ou ai-je voir que dans un rêve, ou Whole Foods?), donc je vais garder un temps d'observation suivante, je suis là.
